The Grind's atmosphere is dark, loud and nightclub-like and the crowd is very diverse. You can come socialize, dance, have sex and do BDSM play, all at the same event. The music is a beat-driven mix of industrial, gothic, synthpop, occasional '80s wave, trance and whatever else the DJs think will keep people dancing.
Pickup Play! Are you available to play? Grab a name tag located on a table just past the registration desk, add your name and Top/bottom designation, and/or write a sticky note detailing your fantasy, then place it on the Pickup Play Board. Don’t miss out. Just ask, negotiate, and give clear consent!

Street parking is free after 6 p.m. (more info about street parking here) and paid parking lots, which you can find listed here.

Unfortunately, the basement, which has additional play space and restrooms, is only accessible by stairs.
